Fractional RF Microneedling
Mode of action
The fractionated radio frequency microneedling is a system for extensive skin structure improvement, based on the principle of bipolar and monopolar radio frequency. Collagen production is stimulated by inserting the finest needles into the skin depth, and a heat pulse is emitted at the tip of the needle within milliseconds. The upper skin layer (epidermis) is only minimally damaged.
By "cold" passing the epidermis and giving off heat only in deeper layers of the skin, the pain is significantly reduced with this treatment. The effect of the fractional microneedling radio frequency method has been scientifically proven. The needle length and the intensity can be individually adapted to the patient's skin.
A so-called coagulation zone is created in the collagen layer of the skin area to be treated. Thus, the body's own mechanisms for skin renewal are activated in a natural way, growth factors are released, and collagen and elastin stem cells are stimulated. This process is known as collagen neogenesis. The denatured collagen is gradually broken down by the body and replaced by new collagen. This not only creates new elastic fibers, but the amount of collagen fibers increases many times over.
The result is a cushioning of the skin from the inside out. A process that can last a long time. The result: fine wrinkles and lines have disappeared, deeper wrinkles are visibly reduced, the skin is firmer and plumper and the face looks years younger. The fractional radio frequency method with microneedling represents a significant further development in the field of anti-aging.

Q. Who is the radio frequency microneedling suitable for?A. For women and men who want an optimized complexion. The treatment is particularly suitable for sagging skin, fine lines and wrinkles and for the treatment of acne scars or stretch marks on the body. The treatment is suitable for all skin types.
-
Q. How long will the treatment take?A. Depending on the region, between 30-60 minutes + 60 minutes of anesthetic cream.
-
Q. Is the treatment painful?A. Depending on the intensity, there may be mild to moderate pain, which can be easily tolerated by applying an anesthetic cream.
-
Q. How long do side effects or downtime last?A. In the non-invasive FRS mode there is a feeling of heat and redness, isolated coagulation point can be expected for up to 48 hours. With the fractional FRM mode, skin area canshow redness and minimal swelling from a few hours to a maximum of 6 hours. As a rule, it takes about 7-10 days for a complete healing to take place .
-
Q. How many treatments are necessary?A. In the FRM mode (needles), ideal results require 3-5 treatments at intervals of 4 weeks. In FRS mode (without needles) 5 treatments every 2 weeks. We recommend a combination treatment of FRM and FRS, but not on the same day.
-
Q. How long do the results last?A. If the scars are sunken, the results are permanent. With burns or surgical scars itcanover a year to achieve an improvement in texture and pigmentation. Fractional RF Micro Needling results usually last for 2 to 3 years.
-
Q. What methods can RF Micro Needling be combined with?A. The combination of the fractional FRM mode with the subsequent FRS mode is ideal. Wrinkle injections with hyaluron, botulinumtoxin or fillers are also good to combine with fractional RF Micro Needling. We recommend RF Micro Needling 2 weeks after the wrinkle injection.
-
Q. What must be considered before the RF Micro Needling treatment?A.
- All blood-thinning agents should be discontinued 2 weeks before treatment
- No contraindications
-
Q. What must be considered after the RF Micro Needling treatment?A.
- Massage in active ingredient like hyaluron (channels are open)
- Apply cooling mask
- No decorative cosmetics for 2 days after treatment
- No sauna, sunbathing or solarium for 3 days after the treatment
- Do not scrape off the small scab but let it fall off
- Apply moisturizers regularly
- Apply sun protection 30+ in the following 2 weeks
-
Q. Can other areas be covered?A. Currently, hyperhidrosis can only be performed in the axillary area. The first scientific findings show that it can also be used on the soles of the feet.
-
Q. What results can be expected?A. Initial scientific studies in collaboration with the German Hyperhidrosis Center show that after 3-4 treatments, sweat production can drop by up to 90%. This is a permanent reduction in sweat production..
