Your Tasks |
- Taking personal or telephone treatment appointments
- Advising and selling our treatments and products
- Serving drinks and snacks to customers
- Collecting money from customers and preparing the daily closing statement
- Maintenance of customer data
- Organisational personnel management and administration
- Preparation of bases for accounting statements order management
- Product orders, incoming and stock control
- Various correspondence and translations (German, English, Russian)
- Ensuring safety, hygiene, quality and service standards
- Control of treatment equipment, operating facilities and room infrastructure

Our Requirements |
- Commercial education (Kauffrau EFZ) or equivalent
- Work experience of at least 2 years in the service field
- Professional competencies: very good Microsoft Office skills, customer orientation
- Residence in the canton of Zug is an advantage, at most within a radius of 40 km from Zug
- Language skills: Russian native speaker, German and English at least C1, any other language would be advantageous
- Independence and initiative
- Perseverance, ability to work in a team and quick learning
