  • Профильное образование и опыт работы на аналогичной должности
  • Опыт работы не менее 3 лет
  • Опыт в обслуживании клиентов и продажах процедур/продуктов

  • Уверенный и профессиональный внешний вид
  • Коммуникабельность, умение работать в команде и радость от общения с клиентами
  • Самостоятельность и инициативность
  • Отличные компьютерные навыки, уверенное владение MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

We are looking for a Receptionist with a workload of 20-30%

To join our team for a weekday and 8 weeks holiday replacement.
Your Tasks
  • Taking personal or telephone treatment appointments
  • Advising and selling our treatments and products
  • Serving drinks and snacks to customers
  • Collecting money from customers and preparing the daily closing statement
  • Receiving mail and checking incoming goods
Our Requirements
  • Education and experience in a similar job
  • Work experience of at least 3 years
  • High flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Confident appearance
  • Independence and initiative
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Language skills: German and English at least B1, Russian and other languages an advantage

  • Residence in the canton of Zug is an advantage, at most within a radius of 40 km from Zug
  • Language skills: German and English at least B1, Russian is an advantage
  • Permission to work in Switzerland
